Order Processing & Fulfilment

- Once payment is completed and verified, your order will be processed by Chunnyeol. The order processing time varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on the product page (if your item is in stock, it will ship the next Monday/Tuesday but if it is a Preorder, It will ship at the estimated date on their description) If your ordered items have different availability statuses, you may refer the order processing time of the product with longer availability status as a reference as your order will be processed and shipped out all together, for example if your order contains a Preorder item, the entire order will ship at the estimated date of the Preorder item)
 
- Once all the order items are ready in our warehouse, Chunnyeol will start the packing process to get your order dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.
 
- Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and with the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping times differ depending on the country you are from, here is an estimation of them (These dates are just an estimation, not the real ones!!);
 
To Spain (Priority): 2 to 10 Business Days 
To Europe (Priority): 15 to 50 Business Days 
To USA (standard): 60 to 120 days
To USA (Priority): 25 to 45 days 
To another part of the world (Priority): 25 to 120 Business Days 
(ONCE I SEND THE ITEM, NOT ONCE YOU ORDER IT)*

 *There could be delays during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather that I can't control.
* Sometimes Tracking numbers won't have updates until they reach the destination country, If your tracking didn't update for +30 days, is normal, but if It didn't update for more than 60 days, contact me
 

Potential Lost Parcel

- If your shipping includes insurance and your order has been on the way for more than 120 days, contact me and I will refund it.

- If your shipping doesn't include insurance, you should make an Inquiry about the package at your nearest post office or to the shipping company that handled it once it arrived in your country, I can't do anything about it once the order leaves my warehouse, if they told you that I should be the one making the inquiry, is false.
As I stated above, I can't do anything about it and I won't refund your order.
 

Damaged Goods

- I always check all the item's quality before sending them out, although I'll do my best to keep the items safe or won't bend, damaged items due to poor shipping by the courier (Your package arrived broken or open) cannot be refunded, I could ONLY accept refunds if the package arrived perfectly without any tape on it.

- If your order arrived in perfect condition but you don't want it anymore, you can ask for a return*, the process is simple, first of all, you will need to send me a mail telling me that you want to return your items with a photo of them, once I give you the okay, you send me the items that you don't want (perfectly packaged to avoid damage, if the item arrives damaged, I won't refund anything, please take that in mind) with a tracking number to the same address that you had on your parcel when it arrived to your home (please send me a mail with the tracking number after sending it) and once I receive it, I will refund you the items' original price, please note that you will have to pay for the shipping for the returned item.

*Returns could only be available 15days after you received the item and ONLY if it's in perfect condition, with its original package, and has not been used.

Everyone who wants to make a claim about broken or not received items has to send a video unpackaging the order when they receive it, you don't need to film yourself, just the package being opened. I won't accept photos anymore when a product is missing, ONLY when the product arrives broken

Remember that I'm not reliable for customs charges or taxes, when your package arrives in your country could be stopped at your customs office and you need to pay the taxes of that country's exportation

Accepted Countries Shipment 

- Due to the unknown situations with customs some countries are not accepting parcels or shipments, the ones that are accepting shipments right now are on this list, if your country doesn't appear on it, I can't ship anything.
